Her performances have earned her a spot at world-renowned facilities including the Franz-Schubert-Institut where she studied under professors Cynthia Hoffmann (The Juilliard School) and Michael McMahon (McGill University), and with the Franco-American Vocal Academy, in the role of Suzanne, in Offenbach's Un Mari à la Porte in France.

She has received numerous awards and scholarships for her engaging performances. Most notably, she received a full scholarship to study in Austria on behalf of the Wirth Institute, the prestigious Olga Melsness Loberg Memorial Award, and the Hawkins Family Scholarship in Music.

A believer in lifelong learning, Evelyn continues to study voice privately and is currently pursuing a post-baccalaureate certificate in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy through Concordia University of Edmonton, while performing locally in the Edmonton area.
